Hope Work July 2026
Filix School of Education proudly celebrated its Investiture Ceremony 2026 on 20th of June. The ceremony marked the appointment of the new student council for the 2026-27 academic session. Filix Dreams Take Flight at East Bengal F C
A group of young footballers from Filix School Of Education, recently travelled to Kolkata for a week-long training camp and match experience with East Bengal FC. The programme gave the students an opportunity to improve their football skills, learn from professionals, and gain new experiences.

Nanritam Interim highlights (Apr’25-August’25)
The purpose of this simple internal communication is to keep all Board members and other internal stakeholders informed about the various activities and developments taking place across the different verticals of our organization. This interim report will also help in preparing the annual report more effectively.
Here, we are providing only the key highlights from our different verticals, without going into much detail. However, for LEF, since there have been some very positive developments at the beginning of this year, more details are included for that vertical.

The story of Nanritam EFA in remote Tea Gardens!
The report alongside describes a specific and unique story of Nanritam EFA’s outreach intervention, where we partnered with a community Policing effort to reach and teach the children of tea plantation labourers, in the remote Himalayan tea gardens of West Bengal. The report was prepared by one of our teacher coordinators spearheading the EFA program, Ms Priyanka Ghosh. It was a part of her project work with the prestigious Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Kolkata

Independent 3rd-party EFA Impact Study
An EFA Impact Study conducted by C-DRASTA (Center for Development Research Sustainibility and Technical Advancement) highlights:
- A marked improvement in the modal and median (along with average) midterm grades among EFA students, from their baseline assessment grades.
- midterm grades of students from Control Group schools (schools that dropped out of the program), show little or no improvement from their baseline assessments.
- Further when reviewed in the context of the ASER 2022 Report, the study reveals that the EFA model may be effective to address the gaps identified in the ASER 2022 report.
